Cebu chosen Southeast Asia destination
Welcome to the Queen City of the South, where developers learning various Google technologies will converge for Google Developers Group (GDG) Cebu’s biggest event yet! GDG Cebu Code Camp will be on February 25, 2017 at IEC Convention Center Cebu, Cebu City from 8AM to 6PM.
Cebu Code Camp will focus on essential technical topics for developers, along with updates on the current development trends. The topics will range from Machine Learning, Firebase, Google Cloud, Material Design, Android, and 2017’s Web Trends.
Googlers? Who are these people?
For this one-of-a-kind Google Developers event, attendees will be learning these topics from Google employees, called as ‘Googlers’, working in Japan, Korea, Singapore and the United States who will all be coming to Cebu, the chosen destination in the entire Southeast Asia.
For the estimated 1,000 developers ranging from amateurs to senior developers who will attend, the Code Camp will be a great opportunity to learn about the latest technologies straight from Google’s experts. Additionally, developers from Cebu and from the other parts of the country will also get to meet and interact with one another, leading to sharing, possible collaboration and the enlivening of Cebu’s tech scene.
