Users can begin downloading the first Android and IoS versions of the Sinulog 2019 app, the digital companion for millions of revelers and devotees flocking to Cebu, Philippines in Southeast Asia's biggest annual festival, on December 15, 2018.
"Media influencers and first adopters are invited to the soft launch at Kalingawan sa Plaza on December 16," said Doris Isubal-Mongaya of PRworks Inc.
The opportunity to help make #Sinulog2018 a huge success is a blessing. We now look forward to a bigger and grander #Sinulog2019.
We, in PRworks, began arranging flowers inside the small chapel of the Basilica del Santo Niño in 2002.
2 million devotees and revelers
Two million people spilled into Cebu City streets on January 21, 2018, despite the rain, to experience the 10-hour spectacle of colorful costumes, floats, higantes, puppeteers, an overpowering beat, and dancing dedicated to the Child Jesus called the Sinulog festival.
On one hand, this is the grandest festival of all Philippine festivals on every third Sunday of January.

My first encounter with the Santo Niño (Holy Child) came via his widely venerated image in what was then known as the Church of St. Agustin (now the Basilica Minore del Santo Niño de Cebu) in downtown Cebu, where my first school, the Colegio del Santo Niño is located.

Pray for Senyor Santo Niño's blessings
Proponents of the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX) led by Arlett Capistrano and Herbert Laboy joined the 2017 Fiesta Senyor festivities to pray for Senyor Santo Niño's blessings.
The Senyor Santo Niño is the miraculous image of the Holy Child Jesus housed at the Basilica Minore del Santo Niño in Cebu City. It is said to be the image that the conquistador Ferdinand Magellan brought to the Philippines and gave then Rajah Juana as a gift during her baptism in 1521.

Our Sinulog vow and advocacy
Devotees at the linya sa hawok (line for the kiss) grow exponentially to several thousands as the feast of Señor Sto. Niño in Cebu City draws nearer. They line up for that precious moment traditionally called hawok (kiss).
They kiss, touch and wipe with a handkerchief the glass case protecting the image of Señor Sto. Niño believed to be miraculous.
Where after the procession & Mardigras, guys?
Yup, we have posted the official schedule of Sinulog 2015 activities. To help you navigate and survive, we also posted maps on the routes that you can download and a guide of the Citom rerouting plan.
But what about the unofficial events on and before January 18, 2015? Hmmm. We are particularly interested in the gigs on Friday night, after the Holy Procession on Saturday, and after the Sinulog Grand Parade on Sunday.
